You, me and the sea is a unique opportunity to have your name taken around the world on the new “White Spirit” Class 40 yacht. Hannah and “White Spirit” will represent all those who support her in 3 Ocean Races; the last being the Global Ocean Challenge Round the World Race in 2010. The GOC is a solo race sailed around the world in 5 legs that is run every 2 years.

This gruelling race should take about 9 months to complete. With the guidance of Hannah’s mentor Derek Hatfield Hannah hopes to have more than 2,500 individuals and corporations sailing around the world with her on White Spirit. This support is both emotional and financial and will propel the Hannah White Racing Team to achieve an amazing result for British sailing.

This is your invitation to race on “White Spirit” - the Class 40, designed for one reason - to be raced around the world single-handed. Your name on the boat will offer financial and moral support to Hannah as she takes on the world, in what is billed as the hardest, longest race in the world. With your sponsorship, HWR will ensure you are one of the team. Not only will your name appear on the hull of White Spirit and on the HWR website but you will also receive official HWR Team kit. You will also have the a chance to win either a trip to the start of one of Hannah’s races in the UK and abroad or a sailing day on White Spirit, both of which are experiences of a lifetime.
